I enjoyed my stay in a Classic King Room at the Intercontinental in Montreal. The location's proximity to Old Montreal was extraordinary, and the staff provided commendable service. However, the shower size was a bit cramped for my taste.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the wonderful staff who were always ready to help with any requests. The location is fantastic, with easy access to many attractions, making it perfect for exploring. The gym was a highlight for me, as it had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. However, I did find that the elevator wait times were somewhat long, which could be improved.

Comfortable rooms, great fitness center, and lovely indoor pool. Elevators took forever. Rental bikes available nearby for exploring.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and a lovely indoor saltwater pool. I remember how helpful the staff was in arranging my transport during my first stay. I recommend trying the sauna!...

The inconsistency in staff communication leaves much to be desired!!! Pets are welcome, but barking dogs at night without any solutions from management disrupts a peaceful stay. Something needs to change!!!

Service with a surprise twist

I appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way, even sending a surprise gift for our anniversary, making it memorable. The breakfast was exceptional!

However, the initial check-in experience was chaotic. my colleague faced issues gaining room access, which was very frustrating. Communication could improve.

I truly enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions like the Museum of Contemporary Art, just a leisurely 15-minute stroll away, and Old Port of Montreal, which was perfect for a relaxing evening walk. the staff was also impeccable and fluent in multiple languages, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Just a balanced option for a brief visit in Montreal with good value for price. The hotel has a nice swimming pool that was rarely busy.
